I had no idea a ICP monitor existed! I will definitely look into this. Thank you. Sounds like VP shunt is the way to go. All out of meds to try and the pain in my head and eyes is just getting too high again.

Also none of the medication worked for me which is why I got my VP shunt placed, the VP shunt helped me tremendously and saved my vision. It’s unfortunately not working at the moment, but my pressure hasn’t been high.

I’ve had a VP shunt placement in 2018, also a ICP monitor in the ICU in 2019 and I may or may not get a revision in the upcoming future.
