Dealing with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension: Seeking Tips and Experiences

Was just diagnosed with Idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Also called pseudotumor cerebri. Pressure in my spine was 36 mm of HG bad I was told normal is 20. Still unsure about details of this condition or how to alleviate symptoms at home. I am on medication. Any tips or experiences?

Prepare for possibly having a rough time when there are big barometric pressure changes, like a cold front coming through. And I like using a large ice pack that is filled with those blue beads so it's very easy to mold around my head. I like peppermint and lavender oils. Peppermint helps with nausea and lavender helps with relaxing and tension 😊
