how do I know if I have bipolar 1/bpd? I was already diagnosed with bipolar 2, but I think I may have bpd as well. I go through so many emotions in a day. I’ll be laughing and smiling one moment and the next I’ll be uncontrollably sobbing and relapsing. please help.
