Dairy was a big trigger for my IBS it was so bad I had to cut dairy from my diet completely. Everyone is different though and will have different triggers. My Dr did say though that dairy is a common trigger. I hope this helps.

Gonna depend, it's different for everyone! For me, sugary cereals are the biggest trigger for some reason. Doctors sometimes reccommend keeping a food diary so you can notice any patterns in what you ate + your symptoms

Red sauces broccoli carrots or fatty meats have me running lol🥴 trying to be more mindful about what meal I ate when I had a flare up to kind of do the elimination diet but not too crazy fanatical about it to the point that I'm scared to eat haha I found that I was getting a little too much into my own head over it and was scared to eat to the point I was dropping lbs far too rapidly and needed to approach it in a much more healthy manner😬

By far for me the worst is sugar, in all forms (sweets, fruit sugars like fructose in the FODMAP diet). I always get instant pain after eating anything sugary
