You ask your primary care doctor for a referral to a GI, preferably one with lots of experience with IBS/ a motility specialists

Ask your primary care for a referral to a gi doctor. That's what I had to do

what we did was find a GI doctor/specialist and we would get some tests done and we would do stool samples and i even had to do an ultrasound and with that all they were able to come up with my diagnosis!

If you have insurance or are able to, go to a walk in urgent care, explain symptoms, get a referral to a gastroenterologist.. they can not only DX you but check to see if there’s a reason why. For me, I was mildly allergic to most foods and had no idea!!

It kinda got to the point where I stopped caring that it was gross. But I still tried to be modest about it. Talk to your GP and ask to see a GI.
