I started the MM protocols in 2019 and much better! But still working on chronic D …but can live a life outside my home, eat regular foods occasionally without fear of accidents! No more gut issues…digestive issues! Is hard work.. but got no answers from conventional docs….had to research on my own! Last protocol I tried was leaky gut program which failed and then some members this group suggested the MM! For me has been a win-win! Prior to this I also had improvements with Dr. Mercolas probiotic and DigestActiv’s digestive enzymes to help with meat digestion! But by following the MM protocols, don’t need those products anymore! https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/understanding-gut-health

Here’s what truly turned my digestive issues for the better! Years were spent going to gastro’s, tons of tests, drugs with no relief! Tried various theories, diets to be recommended to research the Medical Medium. It’s hard to change the brain to accept food changes… but the MM protocols changed my health for the better! https://www.medicalmedium.com/liver-rescue-medical-medium/ibs

What MJ4E said, plus extra water. Try the FODMAP diet and see what helps within that

Avoid your trigger foods. Try taking probiotics and see if that helps. And if you have the money, try CBD oil (that's been a life-saver for me personally).
