Miralax worked the best for me when I was constipated. Dicyclmine is what helps control my cramping and Diarrhea.

I have to check out your routine. I don’t think I can do the prune! I’m on miralax daily. Helps but is I over soluble cellulose I’ll be way over my limit. I think I’m having a problem with milk fats too. And chicken fat.
