I highly recommend, I grow my own aloe plants to have a big supply, I've noticed even with upset stomach it seems to sooth it,

I just can't get that aloe vera down my throat but if it's going to help maybe I should try it again

Hey yeah I totally like it It’s like putting it on your wounds inside your gut I drink it with tea It does not mix well with a lot of other drinks And tastes terrible on its own So I brew tea and add it with honey Not harsh tea like black tea but rather green or chamomile or something like that Now we are talkin the pure Aloe Vera juice Not that nonsense at gas stations You can find this stuff in the gut health supplement section at grocery stores
