          @beautifulDisasterxo I've been there. I didn't feel like myself for about six years, but now I feel amazing. I started focusing on myself and my mental health before anything else. I cleaned for the first time in months, and started a routine for myself. I started painting again, letting myself enjoy things instead of telling myself that other things take priority over myself.
