Considering a hysterectomy for Endo treatment

Have any of you ladies had a hysterectomy to treat your Endo? I'm meeting with my doctor next week to talk about possibly going that direction because my last 2 excision surgeries haven't helped me, and there's a possibility it's adenomyosis... There's so much to think about, and. wondering if maybe a hysterectomy is what I need to finally feel better.

Dr masahide Kanayama specializes in endo and adenomyosis. He’s the only surgeon that I know of personally that can save your uterus and do excision of adenomyosis lesions without doing any hysterectomy. He’s done this for many women and preserved fertility! Not sure where you are in life or what your life plans are but he also doesn’t believe that hysterectomy cures endo either. I saw him for endo and adeno - he was incredible. I flew from California to New York to see him and have the surgery. I saw all of the top surgeons in California and they missed so much. I can’t recommend him enough. I would at least do a virtual consultation with him if you don’t want to fly to see him. I know so many people who have had surgery with him and he’s changed their lives.
