Going gluten free a year ago helped me lose 10 pounds in a few months! It's really hard at first and you'll be hungry for a week or two but it is really worth it for me. I've always had a hard time losing any weight before that no matter how healthy I was eating. I have hashimotos so it might be different bc gluten was causing stomach problems for me. Either way, you can try a low gluten diet at first and see if that works. Also walking does wonders! Good luck!
