Good luck getting back to PT! I'm trying to get back there myself. I'm also trying to get back to the gym--nothing makes me feel powerful like strength training, mentally and physically.
Trying it out again. Pt worked and helps especially aquatic, but then I had a major health setback from a blood clot. Super set back and in pain again causing a big flare. Never thought about those straps it sounds really nice.
Have you try PT or strength training? That is what I am doing right now. It helps, to a degree. If you are desperate look into a zebra braid.
