Recently I've found that my hypermobility pain can feed into my fibromyalgia flare ups, so when I have a lot of joint pain, it'll make my body tense and turn into a migraine, which triggers a flare up. Anyone else find this crossover in conditions?

Yep, 100 percent. I have joint laxity with near-daily joint subluxation. If I pop out a joint, even for a second, or even just partially, I get inflammation and typically a fibro flare if it is bad enough. I have gotten migraines from the pain. Fibro likes to feed off everything, sadly.

I don't get migraines, but I do get the joint hypermobility to fibro flare pipeline!
Yes š
yes absolutely, not in that exact way but fibro modifies the way i feel pain. so even minor joint pain - the kind of stuff my partner probably also has as they are also hypermobile - can feel much more intense and painful for me. (i've also not figured out yet how to tell when i get flares so i may be experiencing them in response to other pain too. that said i am also Always tense unless i have a pt do manual therapy to release it, so it's kind of an all the time thing? idk)
