I use to take buspirone. It was one of the meds we decided to try and see if it would help my anxiety and depression. I thought it was helping at first but by day 5 I was so dizzy and felt "out of it" so I stopped that one and got put on Lexapro and hydroxyzine.

I was on buspirone last year (on escolatipram now) and have been on hydroxizine for 3 years. Hydroxizine helps sooo much.

I used to take buspirone (I think) it sounds familiar. I now take Paxel & Hydroxizine. It seems to be doing the job. When I remember to take them regularly 😅😭

I take hydroxyzine and Lexapro together. Hydroxyzine stopped working so went from 25mg to 50mg and they make me so sleepy but help a little. Sometimes it seems like they make my heart race though occasionally so idk if it's hydroxyzine or me and my anxiety. But I can't have Xanax or anything else like that because I take Suboxone too
