Need help with hydration and relaxation

any tips to help with hydration or relaxation? I'm constantly mildly sick and I'm thinking part of it is how much water I'm drinking. right now my scumbag brain has told me that water is the wrong texture and flavor all the time. my tap water isn't good. water from work isn't good. even bottled water isn't good. I know there are mixers you can put in water but I worry about the sugar or even added caffeine. send help!

I recommend liquid iv, it does have sugar but it can help alot! It also helps retain water. Put it In a bottle with ice and water and shake very well!

I appreciate it. I've used liquid IV before but the flavors always feel a little off. Do you have some favorites I could try? So far I've only tried their lemon and the tangerine flavors

I would say don’t worry about the sugar too much since water is so important. Do you like eating fruits? That’s healthier sugar and they can be pretty watery. Maybe try eating more watery foods like soups and congee.

I used to have issues drinking water to the point I've had to go to the ER twice for dehydration, water just makes me want to throw up. Recently I've been using Mi0 water flavoring. No sugar and no calories. They're a little expensive, but being able to drink water is more important. I hope this helps ❤️

my boyfriend has had similar problems with water in the past, we got some propel mix ins and that seems to help him! There's also mio, which you can easily customize how much flavoring you use. Both of these have sugar (I believe mio does have sugar free options) but they've helped us a lot!
