I'm constantly mildly sick and I'm thinking part of it is how much water I'm drinking. right now my scumbag brain has told me that water is the wrong texture and flavor all the time. my tap water isn't good. water from work isn't good. even bottled water isn't good. I know there are mixers you can put in water but I worry about the sugar or even added caffeine. send help!
