Hunger Pains: Is Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Not a good idea to take water pills, drink the water before the food, it will help you stay fuller longer and then you won't overstuff yourself

I suffer from terrible pounding headaches if I don’t eat or don’t eat enough. So I just eat, and eat too much. Thought about taking some weight loss pills, but my insurance won’t cover them…

Interesting, I know it varies for people and doesn’t necessarily show up all in one stretch. I had one friend it lasted 6 months and another it lasted a little over a year. The only advice I’ve heard is to obviously eat with hunger pains but sometimes they come in situations where that isn’t possible. I hope they subside quickly for you!

UnluckyUnicorn, I started this 8 months ago and I dealt with the hunger pains then, I thought they were over as I've not had them in months! But I was doubled over in pain Tuesday evening at dance class and today it took everything in me not to scream at work!

Yes! Although I usually fail to recognise it as hunger. I’ve been told that if you keep going strong it will subside. I, unfortunately, am not strong. I wish you strength ❤️
