Dealing with Hand Pain from Cell Phone Use

I have hand pain, both swelling and tingling, in my palm and fingers due to holding my cell phone. I am not sure how to remedy as ice packs and ibuprofen are providing little relief.

Did you go to a doctor?. I had similar symptoms and the doctor told me I have Carpel tunnel syndrome. Did some injections and some Occupational therapy. I"m better, but sometimes it flair up.

If it's any comfort, mine did that for a long time. When it progressed my hands are just numb feeling. It doesn't hurt anymore. A blessing... And not. :( Because of the swelling, the possibility that you could be having a reaction to your cell phones case.

I don't take ibuprofen for pain hot heat pads helps my hands when I feel them tingling or stiffeness on my both hands .
