has anyone else been on Humira for a while? Dou you ever feel like Humira will help a flare up and at times seems like it gives you a flare up.

I've been on Humira for a while! I find that it took ~6 months for the full effects of Humira to kick in. Sometimes I'll get a flare up a few days before my next dose as well. If you feel like it's been ineffective it may just be that you haven't been on it long enough for the full effects to kick in! If not, then you should talk with your healthcare provider about upping your dose or experimenting with different medication
