I'm really stressed out because my RA has become really severe and I'm only 18, my parents are really urging me to start biologics like humira but i don't know what to do because it's such a big decision, does anyone who's taken humira have any advice on whether or not I should do it?

Hi! I'm JUST 14, just diagnosed this year, and just started taking humira :) i didn't think twice about it, it's a good treatment and has been helping me. If you do start taking humira, injecting in your belly is a great way to start and not painful at all:D

I have the same. My advice is take the Humira so you can get symptoms under control. At same time go to a holistic doc and work on your diet. You’re probably eating foods that promote inflammation and if you adjust your diet you may be able to get off the Humira and use food as medicine alone

I havent started taking anything but I get the stress of having quite bad pain so young. It really sucks. Good luck to you.
