I have a huge pain in my inner ear. the connecting muscles behind my ear, in my jaw, and in my neck, all feel so inflamed and hurt. It radiates a bit of heat. Pulling open my ear and stretching forward/jutting my jaw helps alleviate some of the pain and it's absolutely worse (almost dibilitating) when it's snowy and cold. I have a doctor's appointment because I'm realizing this isn't my usual tmj or autoimmune disorder pains, but I'm trying to figure out tips for how to help in the wait time or ideas for what's going on so that we might have some direction on what to check for.
