Breakouts after eating chocolate with HS?

Does anyone with HS also get breakouts after eating chocolate or when the period is coming?

I absolutely get flare ups around my period and the week before. I do my best to do extra washing and exfoliating, use stridex pads on my usual flare up areas and drink lots of water to help prevent bad flare ups but it’s sometimes unavoidable

Periods have been my biggest trigger. I also have endometriosis, so I decided to change my birth control to prevent periods as a two-birds-one-stone kind of treatment. It has helped tremendously.
