Mostly things to look at is appetite improvement, sleep patterns, and energy levels. Ask yourself if they have improved, and you’re happy with the improvement. If it’s not doing what you like maybe talk to your doctor. Depression medication is a lot of trial and error to finds out what works best for your body!

As long as you don’t feel worse you should keep on it. The medication takes at least 8 weeks to build a therapeutic level in your body!
