How to Stop Nail Biting: My Solution

I found a way for me to quit picking/ biting at my nails….which is to wear bandaids on my fingers but I don’t wanna get weird looks I guess 😓😓

Honestly, it took me romanticizing nail polish and perfect nails to stop biting mine. But now whenever they break I get extremely frustrated. Also someone suggested to me to paint my nails with that bitter anti nail biting stuff i forget what it’s called

Putting on nails polish can help, the taste makes you realize you're doing it and discourages you for doing it again. :3

Spin rings are great but really All kind of rings work for me. I just wear a bunch and I fidget with them all day. Moving them to different fingers, twisting them, tracing the designs in them.
