How to Relieve Foot Pain: Tips and Tricks

I would need more information from you in order to suggest anything to try, other than to see a podiatrist. What type of pain (sharp/dull, ache, stabbing, crushing, burning, etc.) are you experiencing, and what area of the foot (top, bottom, arch, ball, heel, etc)? Does the pain extend to your ankles? Does the pain only involve skin and muscle/tendons, or are the bones included? I am not a Dr, but I have had a lot of problems with my feet over the years. You could try supportive insoles? Like others have said, I think we need some more information before we can get much help. But if it's a severe problem I would definitely go see a specialist.

I would go see a Podiatrists. We don't know enough info to help. Does it only do it when you walk, or is it constant? Stuff like that. I'm the queen of foot boo boo's 😊

Are you talking about neuropathy? The tingling, burning ect!
