It feels like your brain just doesn’t work. Like you don’t really have any thoughts and you feel super tired all the time. Trying to do any complex tasks can be really difficult because you just can’t think

It feels like I’m behind a frosted window. I’m back-seat to my own experiences. Its very difficult to explain… I’m just not all the way present. It may be hard for me to think or complete tasks, and I’m often very tired. It is notably different for my usual, so its typically easy to identify for me.

When I suddenly cannot think straight or my concentration suddenly stops or I'll be doing something and all of a sudden forget where I am or what I'm doing. I've had conversations where halfway thru it i suddenly forget what we are talking about. Just like a thick fog enters my brain and blinds me. It really sucks, and I have to ask people to repeat a lot. I tell them I had a brain fart. Lol.
