How do I get the motivation to lose weight?

      Be kind with yourself and celebrating on scale victories. Personally I changed one thing at a time it took me well over a year but I completely changed my lifestyle and looking at how far I've come I've never been more motivated. And don't be afraid to share your struggles and victories. I have no in person support but the online support I've gotten is a huge part of my progress. Most of all remember that change is a process not an event if you expected to happen overnight you're going to be severely disappointed. I hope this helps.
