How to Get Back to Sleep After Waking Up?

How do you get back to sleep after waking up? I finally had slept after a few days and I had fallen asleep earlier today but because of that I can’t sleep right now and I really need to and I want to go back to sleep.

i have a weird sleep routine that has been helping a little i first got a humidifier, and make sure to always have water with me i some how convinced myself i can’t sleep because i’m dehydrated and then i have two weighted blankets idk? helps me i think lol and the real thing i can’t at all sleep without is i wear loop earplugs and then i have a sleep mask that has little speakers built in. i made a sleep playlist that starts out with ASMR and then goes into a white noise machine i do this every night it’s the only thing that has been helping, that and of course my insane amount of seroquel but there’s times where that doesn’t even work this routine has been the thing that helps consistently

I like those "sleep meditation" videos on YouTube. I fall asleep best when I'm half-listening to a soothing calm voice quietly telling me about what great rest I'm about to get.

Something to focus on in the background like a video or music (because silence leads to thinking and anxiety) and having my eyes covered so that there’s no light helps me, hope this can work for you :)
