How Often Do You Poo?

Once or twice a day

I used to go once a day if I was lucky, then a few years ago, I started to have real bad diarrhea, and I finally got the Drs to take me seriously. I had to have both an Endoscopy and colonoscopy to find the cause. I had to go back twice more because they found a polyp in my colon; the follow-up to the second colonoscopy was to make sure everything went copacetic. A few years after that, I woke up to heavy rectal bleeding and spent two and a half days in the hospital to find the cause of the aforementioned bleeding. It turns out I had a mild case of colitis.

Twice if I don’t take probiotics. More if I do.
