Had a very busy weekend so I'm in recovery mode today. Sleeping most of the day. Sometimes I get frustrated about days like this but I need to rest and care for my body when I overdo it. I know it's better to pace yourself to avoid a flare-up like this but sometimes it's not possible. 😛 How is your day going?
