Talk to your doctor or a certified dietician they are the only people who can answer that question for you.
Hi! :D I’m so sorry I know this doesn’t answer your question at all, but if you’re in the middle of an ED I wouldn’t want you to lose weight unless you really need to for your health. If you are trying to lose weight to satisfy insecurity, please work towards just accepting yourself for what you look like. You don’t need to like your body, just be content with it. And I don’t need to visually see what you look like to know you’re so beautiful. If you are trying to lose weight for your health, I would suggest doing varieties of exercises that you ENJOY, listen to all of your hunger cues and cravings (if you don’t they will hit worse later), and forming a healthy relationship with your body through nourishment with lots of water, fats, protein, carbs, plants, and fibers! It’s easier to lose weight when you have a healthy relationship with food and your body. Take it easy!
