I decided to start this morning with a work out so for now my mood is up! Hope it will continue this way🙃

Rested all week to go to the Zoo. Now I’m home and off for a nap

I’m currently weaning off of SSRI meds so it’s been rough! Withdrawal symptoms are difficult to deal with.

I'm exhausted with random bouts of insomnia. Therapy this morning and then my kids soccer game. It's supposed to be 90 degrees here I. Phoenix, AZ today.

You are so sweet to check on us everyday! I'm tired but okay. Laundry and grocery shopping today... Fun fun lol. How are you?
