tired of everything, existing takes a lot of work now a days

I'm feeling pretty numb. It is the holidays, the anniversary of more than one traumatic event, and my friend died a few days ago and I just found out today. I'm praying for 2022

Tired and anxious about the holiday and the new year that is coming.

I feel pretty awful. Some regrets at Christmas gave me some flu like disease that isn't covid or any common flu so I got no clue how to treat it.

Ugh. I dunno…lonely? It’s like everything is just a rat race until a new year, but then it starts all over again, and no matter what you’ve achieved, everyone’s still disappointed.
