I've always suspected my hormones are irregular (my cycles have been irregular my whole life, I've gone 6 months without a period or hormonal symptoms, I sometimes go through a cycle where there's no actual bleeding but I get the hormonal acne/tender breasts/cramping, I've gone through a year where I had my period off and on every week like CLOCKWORK but with no accompanying hormonal symptoms other than bleeding). It makes sense that if the brain chemistry is irregular and unbalanced that the endocrine/hormonal balance would be an issue - do you find that's the case for you?
