I haven’t had many, it’s been kind of a life saver for me. I already have depression so I couldn’t really tell if it made it worse or not. It just kind of stabilized things

Yeah I guess it’s all About finding the right dosage/brand. I have found one that doesn’t make me feel like crap. Also think I need to either change to another antidepressant or something because my anxiety is so bad!

it depends on the type you get and how your periods normally go. the pill made me gradually gain weight but helped a lot with acne and cramps. while the patch helps me more with having a lighter flow and a more stabilized period. the patch also helps with cramps, but occasionally i still get some so bad i’ll throw up, but the overall effect is beneficial for me
