Dealing with Hormonal Aura Migraines

I have had hormonal aura migraines since I first started puberty at the age of eleven. They were a regular occurrence, on bad months they’d had happen almost every day. Since then, they’ve gotten better, and before three months ago I hadn’t had one in almost two years. That’s why I was shocked when I started to have one, and broke down crying, not just because the whole aura thing freaks me out, but because I couldn’t believe I still had them. Since three months ago, I’ve had an aura migraine before the start of my period and I’m worried it’s going to stay like this. Has anyone else experienced this too?

I have not experienced that. Have you tried acupuncture or chiropractor yet? Or an anti inflammatory vitamins that help relieve inflammation in your body that causes migraines?

chiropractic adjustments help and relieve the pain of the migraine once the aura has finished, however, when the aura is still present it does not help the aura go away. I haven’t tried acupuncture, I’m sure it would be a similar experience and I take vitamins, maybe I will try inflammation ones tho! Thanks:)
