rescue remedy from bach flower remedies works wonders, in regards to valerian i'd say just make sure it's natural, pure and doesn't have extra garbage in there. if you go to whole foods or a health food store they should have a good one, but rescue remedy works wonders, just make sure you don't eat 15 mins before and 15 mins after so it can absorb under your tongue properly

valerian can help with anxiety and panic from ptsd and ashwaganda can help mood somewhat
I’ve used binaural beats. They do help. If you have the means to see a therapist look for EMDR. It’s not for everyone but it was the most effective thing for me. A therapist uses audio or visual stimuli to help re-train the brain.
I’m not sure about homeopathic supplements but I know that breathing exercises. I have also discovered binaural beats that I listen to for all sorts of issues; anxiety, trauma, pain etc.
