if you sit at a desk all day- try taking 10-15 minutes and doing an office workout video (there’s tons on youtube). It will give you a burst of energy without being too physically strenuous. I used to grab more and more coffee everyday, but that just made me feel heavy and I had bad crashes. Focus on starting early in the day drinking water and try to get like 2 Liters a day- it will make a difference. I suggest investing in a nice water bottle with a straw. I find myself mindlessly sipping water while doing things. Also, cutting down on added sugars has been surprisingly really helpful for my energy levels. I think I was constantly drowsy because I was in a sort of sugar coma and when I started cutting it out I felt more energized

Coffee or energy drinks. Uh I don’t have a sleep disorder but I wake up in the middle of the night every day so I’m pretty drowsy in the afternoon lol. I try not to drink coffee but I am a student lol. Only monster energy when I’m in a depressive state or couldn’t take my meds
