      I like to read and write poems and short stories. It can be isolating and overwhelming writing about my health issues. Sometimes I process things better when I write out those issues in stories where I don’t directly address myself. I also love to paint and draw. These hobbies help me to focus on being happy without pushing myself. I hope this helps !

      I use polymer clay to sculpt little animals. I use it as a safe outlet to disassociate a but while a movie is playing

      I try to learn as much random stuff as I can. I watch sci show and PBS on YouTube and follow a lot of knowledgeable people on social media. I think it's fun a distracting to learn fun facts.
