Hip and Back Pain Due to Cysts on Right Side

My cysts resides on my right side. I have hip and back pain only on my right side. At times, I have sciatic pain that shoots down my right leg due to the pressure. I notice that the pain is worse before my period or a day after exercise. Does anybody else experience pain like this?

I havent had a cyst for a few years πŸ™Œ but the last one I had didn't go away on its own and it caused pain like that. I ended up having to have it removed... it was the size of a large grapefruit which is why there was so much pain and pressure. My dr always told me if a cyst lasted longer than 2 weeks, I had to get an ultrasound done.

thank you for that input. I'll discuss that time line with my Dr.
