High Heart Rate in the Morning

Does anyone else wake up with a racing heart rate? I wear a fitbit and my heart rate got up to 125bpm right after waking up

I've been having difficulty sleeping these last 2 weeks, I wake up with a racing heart and a feeling of worry as well :(

I haven't been able to sleep well recently either. I've been constantly waking up so I feel your pain

Sometimes I think that’s why I’m waking up. Doesn’t happen to me every time I wake tho. Even when I know I wasn’t having a nightmare I think the heightened anxiety disrupts sleep. It’s rough.
