Just wondering how high is high?

So I've been struggling with Adrenal insuffiency, Sjogrens,Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia for soon long. The health care system is a lie. They are good for crisis stuff but for good health they have fallen gravely short. I've learned recently most of our diseases are caused by inflammation in our bodies. I have recently been healing from all of this crap. Eric Berg DC videos helped me see what I needed to do. I recently went of a bunch of meds including 2 pain meds with hardly any withdrawals. I started addressing the inflammation in my body instead of swallowing a pill that gives me more problems. It is possible to heal our own bodies. I never would have thought it was possible.
