I had reflux of my left ueteror ( sp ?) at age 5- I gave birth 2 times and my tiny left kidney worked overtime. When my 2nd child was born in 2005 I saw a nephrologist, who told me I would need to be on BP meds for the rest of my life. He added that I am “ fine “ and shouldn’t worry. Now, here I am with an eGFR of 56 and am full on panicking.
