@MaidenWolf make sure to drink plenty of water to dilute and balance it out 👍my urologist said I shouldn't have to never eat any of these things again but to stay extra extra hydrated when I do eat/drink them

My stones are calcium, I've cut my soda intake down to barely nothing and also watch my obsession with spinach and nuts as my urologist recommended. But the most important thing she stressed was to drink lots and lots of water. Be overhydrated. At least 64 oz.(I think that was the measurement?) A day. I dont know if making these changes have improved my situation at all yet, but I sure hope so, because golly I do miss my spinach

@Mop I have been terrible with my eating and drinking soda since January. With my stression ( depression and stress combined ) it’s terrible.

I have because my stone caused so many problems that my right kidney no longer functions and I need a nephrectomy at 33. Ive been watching everything I eat because we don't know yet what caused my stone

Mine was caused by the food that I ate last year which was terrible. It started 2 months after COVID started.

No. Bladder stone surgery is scheduled for 1/10. I have not yet discussed with my MD what may have caused the stones.
