But I heard burdock root is good for herpes I havnt tried it yet but I ordered burdock root sea moss and I’m going to start taking it everyday and see what it does for me. They say sea moss has 92 minerals your body needs out of like 100 something. Burdock cleanses the blood and suppose to be really good for skin conditions. I read up on it and finally decided to order !

I already take Valtrex every day and it's doing its job. I just wonder if this paper it thing is the herpes or something else. I'd be down to try something like burdock root, particularly if it was an ointment that I could put on these little papercut feelings if I need.
Thank you ! I actually want to try to stay away from medicine so that’s why I just want to try all these healthy natural things. You take the sea moss orally 2 spoons twice a day ! They have different kinds as well but burdock root I feel like is more for herpes and elderberry. I heard you can also detox your body and you actually get rid of it but who knows for how long you have to do it. It probably also depends on the toxicity of your body to. I really wish there was just a simple shot to take and it cures it 😭 it really bothers me that I can’t shave or get bikini waxes because it triggers it and if I want to do that I have to be on the medicine so I don’t have an outbreak

I think it's smart to look into these things naturally. I had an outbreak and then Valtrex took it away so i clung to it out of fear for it coming back. I normally go for natural stuff though if it works.
