Herniated Disc in My Neck: Ouch!
h'audi friends I have a herniated disc in my neck. I know this because I massaged my neck a bit and poked just the right spot to render my head in twain and the right side of my head, neck, and face hurt so so bad. based on location and pathing I'd guess it's the disc between C2 and C3. awesome
