Inositol for weight loss! It helps your body process insulin. I also take these supplements that I’ve found recommended by nutritionists, however I don’t know how much evidence there is that they make a substantial difference: spearmint tea, DIM, L-Glutamine, Red Reishi, chromium picolinate, and fish oil. I also like the GNC metabolism multivitamin. I like to blend these into smoothies with protein powder to start my day (besides the fish oil). I also read it’s important to make sure to eat through out the day because some people with PCOS might forget and then get really hungry at night (🙋‍♀️)

I started accupuncture and this is the best thing that I have done. I have used cbd and hhc that only made me loopy for pain control so I needed an alternative to pain meds. My Dr also made me up an herbal tea that decreases the pain abs inflammation and it's definitely worth the money as it has changed my life the last two weeks.

Look up healthypcos, they have a fb page for tips and support and a website to buy the supplements that have been scientifically proven to lessen symptoms.

Inositol with your metformin. spearmint tea if you can stand it: lol I think it tastes like dirt 😂 I’ve also found taking a Metamucil pill everyday helps relieve a lot of bloating.
