      Mirlax 3x daily, magnesium supplement, veggies, nuts, it took me a lot of suffering before by trial and error. I found this works for me.

      I’ve been working with DietvsDisease and I’m treating my SIBO with Metagenics CandiBactin-AR and -BR. It’s an herbal treatment. Not cheap! I’m not sure if it’s working … takes 6 weeks..

      Amazon sells a version called doctors MK digestive support, it’s the same thing it’s a peppermint oil pill. It’s helping me

          @Bennyreal yes and I went to see a G.I. doctor and I’m now using Benefiber to help the constipation which is also working
