Preparing for Hemodialysis Surgery: Seeking Advice

Hi everyone....I am getting ready to have access surgery for hemodialysis. Is anyone doing that type of treatment? I am currently on a machine for peritoneal treatment and soooo tired of hooking up every night!

I like to Know , you start doing diálisis when gpr go lower than 20 or you was filing some pain or jus because doctor recomend
