Helping Alters with Body Control Issues

hello! I just have a very specific question. Do you guys have alters/head mates/whatever that have trouble control the body or parts of the body when they front? and if so how do you help them? we have several ranging from clumsy to unable to move different limbs.

I have alters that exhibit tics and honestly the best we can do is simply not let them front until we can be treated for it bc our tics hurt! If they're host, I would recommend talking to your doctor about a mobility aid
