I really like journaling it helps me understand myself better, like talking to yourself. Also just try to look at the things you have to go through on a day by day basis, don't think about the future too much

Headspace, if you can afford it! Also, calming games like Tsuki Odyssey help me a lot

there is a game called loner that is so so calming for me. it isn't necessarily made for that but it helps me the most of all the apps I've tried. im not sure if its on ios though

I just want to let you know, you’re not alone. I’ve always had fear of authority, fear of public speaking, fear of discipline. It built and built, I had some other personal life things happen, and collapsed. I’m almost 44. Hang in there, it gets better. Slow and arduous process! I use ā€œThe Tapping solutionā€ app and it’s been amazing for me.

Working out, meeting with a friend and meditating or even just relaxing and watching TV without any high expectations of myself.

Your story is the exact one I had a few years ago. The start of getting help can be extra hard so I’m proud of you and all you’ve done :) • I’ve tried a ton of apps, but these are the ones I feel are most helpful for anxiety (+ a bit depression) • Sanvello. Breathe2Relax. What’s Up?. Clear Fear. Thinkable. Mindshift. Fear Tools. • Hope this helps, and everyone else’s advice is great too. ā¤ļø
